I overall had a good experience getting an upgrade from my previous car. The manager worked with me with negotiating the price of the vehicle I wanted and the salesperson Carol was very nice and professional with concluding the deal with me. After picking up the car, I was satisfied with my new car plus the follow up with my experience with my new car. They have a ton of inventory for used vehicles so if you want to find a good car for a reasonable price, McGovern is the place to go.

This Jeep dealership is one of the best dealerships to shop for cars. Salespeople are friendly, down to earth with no gimmicks. We purchased our first Jeep Wrangler in 2018 and use their mechanic shop to maintain the vehicle. By the way, this dealership has a wonderful mechanic shop which we are very satisfied in both prices and quality. 5 years later, we recently purchased our 2nd new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and most importantly, from the same sales person. The shopping experience is top rated and no pressure which we appreciate very much. The salesperson, Wade, is a highly knowledgeable, friendly, thoughtful as well as a trustworthy and wonderful person, which is very hard to find these days. I highly recommend him. The dealership has a great environment which is friendly and no pressure. We enjoy our purchase experience in this dealership and will go back for our next vehicle purchase.

I saw this car online in early November and contacted the dealership. A woman named Angelina responded to my email and gave me information, and continued to keep me updated until after Thanksgiving when I was finally able to make the drive to Mass to see it ( I live in upstate NY). The service and consideration given to me from this dealership was outstanding! If I could give these folks more stars I would. The whole process was so smooth and the salesman, Wade, was patient and available for my many questions by phone. I am very happy with my purchase.

Wade Tyler is the only person we have gone to and will go to for any of our car needs! It was nice to see that most of the service team has not changed under the new ownership, including Sandra. I have always appreciated that there is a woman on the team. There was an overcharge issue on my bill, which thankfully was remedied quickly. Change is never easy, but hopefully this dealership will keep its small town, locally owned feel, in spite of being part of a large auto group now.

I couldn't have asked for better service! My vehicle needed to be repaired and I called a few dealerships local to me but they all told me they couldn't take it for at least a couple of weeks. I called McGovern and they towed it to their shop immediately, set me up in a loaner to drive while the repairs were done, kept me updated, and were very nice and professional every time I spoke with them. They are about a 30 minute drive from where I live but it is worth it to me. My service tech Cooper was great and i have changed my primary dealership to McGovern of Acton!
